Mr. Rutledge has in excess of 28 years of applied experience in oil and gas exploration with specific technical expertise in the W5 area of Alberta. Successfully founded and executed on two prior organic based private junior oil and gas companies (Ledge Resources & KnowLedge Energy) delivering a total return to shareholders of 556%. Under his direction the companies rapidly grow from zero production through to crystallization within 4 years achieving maximum production in 2.5 years with a NAV/Equity ratio of 7.8x. Gross production under management in excess of 4,200 boe/d. Prior thereto, Mr. Rutledge held various management and senior technical positions with a variety of junior and senior oil and gas exploration companies including Canadian Hunter, Canterra Energy, Husky Oil, GLJ, Fletcher Challenge, Compton, EnCana and various junior startups as an explorationist.Mike P. Mr. Carter an oil and gas upstream executive with 25 years of extensive experience in oil and gas drilling operations whom has held various senior executive positions. Mr. Carter holds a broad level of horizontal well planning and execution skills in addition to directional drilling execution and planning. Mr. Carter has managed teams involving all aspects of horizontal drilling senarios in a multiple of environments over several geological formations. Mr. Carter is a valued member of the executive team.

Gerry joins Ledgend Energy from its predecessor company Ledge Resources Ltd. Gerry is the senior member of the team that contributes his vast 40 year career in mineral land negotiations. Gerry is a valued and most respected member of the team.
